Tim za anti-hibridne i anti-propagandne operacije (TAHAP):
Srbija ja izložena snažnom delovanu propagande režma Vladimira Putina dve decenije, koje delovanje je i dalje u porastu, ali je u poslednje vreme primetan upliv propaganda i drugih diktatorskih režima. Takvom propagandom se društvo Srbije odvaja od svojih stvarnih interesa i dovodi u zabludu o pravcu u kom treba da opredeli svoj razvoj.

Istovremerno, hibridno delovanje iz istih izvora ima za cilj da spreči Srbiju na putu priključenja u Evropsku Uniju, da u društvu Srbije stvori animoziztet prema Zapadu, spreči implementaciju Zapadnih vrednosti i vrednosti Evropske Unije. Ovo delovanje je u dobrom delu ostvarilo svoje rezultate.

TAHAP ima zadatak da prepoznaje ovakve hibridne i propagandne operacije i da im se suprotstavlja. Na tom zadatku TAHAP kreira bazu podataka o identifikaciji hibridnih operacija i metoda, kreira bazu znanja, i kreira ljudske resurske sposobne da sprovredu anti-hibridne i anti-propagandne operacije.

TAHAP ima cilj da baza podataka i baza znanja o ovome postane javna i dostupna svima na upotrebu.

Team for Anti-Hybrid and Anti-Propaganda Operations (TAHAP):
Serbia has been exposed to the strong propaganda of Vladimir Putin's regime for two decades, which is still on the rise, but recently the influence of propaganda and other dictatorial regimes has been noticeable. Such propaganda separates Serbian society from its real interests and misleads about the direction in which it should choose its development.

At the same time, hybrid action from the same sources aims to prevent Serbia from joining the European Union, to create animosity towards the West in Serbian society, and to prevent the implementation of Western values ​​and the values ​​of the European Union. This action has largely achieved its results.

TAHAP has the task of recognizing such hybrid and propaganda operations and opposing them. On this task, TAHAP creates a database on the identification of hybrid operations and methods, creates a knowledge base, and creates human resources capable of conducting anti-hybrid and anti-propaganda operations.

TAHAP aims to make the database and knowledge base on this public and accessible to everyone for use.
